Kitanda Espresso Acai Southcenter Mall

I tried the coxinha and a frutas acai bowl and it was absolutely delicious. I immediately messaged my Brazilian friends to tell them they must come and try it for a taste of home. I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices!

This restaurant is a must-try! The açaí bowls were so delicious that my son refused to share his with me.

Recently, I had the chance to visit a cozy Brazilian coffee and espresso acai bar café located in the South Center Mall. Although it took me some time to find it, a helpful mall employee directed me to the right spot. The café was impressively clean and well-organized, with friendly staff eager to assist me in exploring their menu. I opted for a glass of Passion Juice, a sausage hotdog roll, and two small Kitanda breads made from tapioca flour. The breads were available in small, medium, and large sizes and were delightfully light and fluffy on the inside with a crispy exterior. They were also infused with cheddar cheese, adding a unique flavor. This café is a great spot to grab a quick snack, coffee, or cold drink. I appreciated the peaceful ambiance away from the bustling mall crowds, making it the perfect place to enjoy a quiet snack. I highly recommend giving them a try!

The coffee was excellent. My husband commented it was much better than Starbucks. He doesn't like Starbucks. The Kitano bread was fresh and awesome. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Interesting Brazilian treats and sodas. Good espresso. Nice place to chill when it is hot or cold outside. Right behind the entrance next to ATT. Could use a few more tables to sit at.
