Pastry Mitten - Tukwila

We tried this from PCC Edmonds and it was delicious!

First time trying this hidden gem. The pastry chef Misato is extremely hard working operating out of a shared commercial kitchen..no storefront. Ordered a custom 8 Strawberry Chocolate Cake and it turned out really nice. The cake was light and very delicious. Her cakes are also not overly sweet which I really appreciate. I also ordered a few other items to try: Souffle Cheesecake Slice with Berry topping Mango Coconut Panna Cotta Blueberry Cake Matcha Cake Everything was delicious!. The item that is a must try and my favorite of the bunch was the Mango Coconut Panna Cotta!!! The flavor was AMAZING!! Orders are taken online via the website and she needs about a five day lead time for custom cake orders. The cakes aren't cheap, but the quality and taste make it really worth it!
