Starbucks - Tukwila

This is my favorite Starbucks Store. I've been going to this location for over a year now daily . I've never had a bad experience there . This store has great customer service an upbeat fun atmosphere and positive vibes! The Baristas are friendly and make great coffee and specialty drinks ! This is a very busy location yet still get your order to you very quickly! I highly recommend this Starbucks!!

How do you have the ability to turn business away! 2 o’clock in the afternoon and the woman locks the door and does not allow me in to buy a sandwich telling me to go to the drive through because they “don’t have enough people.“ I guess that is one way of doing business, but if you don’t have the people, how is drive through going to help?!Why are you even open? You need training, ma’am!

Right off the freeway and quick service especially through a drive-through during the week day. The ladies that have always answered they drive-through speaker Box always speak clearly and are pretty well versed in answering questions when you're not sure what you would like to have to eat or to drink. They offer suggestions and make the process go quickly The food is always hot the beverages are usually what I requesting and I did not write the atmosphere as I do not sit inside

This for the Starbucks on the Interurban Way location. We went thru the Drive-thru so I can't speak for the walk-in experience. The service was perfect, friendly, efficient. Pro-tip: Always double cup because the lid leaks every time in every location on every Grande 16oz hot drink I get. Midas 2-star on the poorly marked tight drive-thru.

Cashier has a issue with talking nicely with customers. Instead she looks at you quietly. very uncomfortable because she wouldnt respond to me trying to engage her in a conversation. Her pink sweater needed a wash with its pit stains and other stuff spilled on her. she also uses window like a shield protection g her from us cuatomers. often would shut window to just stand in same spot but looking at register. Thought she might be blind or possibly deaf. not joking.
