I love Panera. This place is my way to healthy digestible foods that do not give me regret by eating. It's usually a treat because they're a little expensive, but they're worth it. Food: 5/5
My wife and I found out why this situation was not very busy on Saturday. After ordering our food and then sitting to wait, after 15 minutes or so I took our tracker device and went to the counter where there were five or six orders lined with their respective revenues. The girl who was instructed to deliver this food to the tables looked at me and asked if she could help me. The manager cuts them off and lures with a spicy tone tells me to go and they will bring my food to me. I could see my food and the reception with my name and the girl had picked up my food to give it to me and this guy got angry. Not sure what his problem was? But paying top-dollar for half-fast food and seeking to try my cold food that should have been hot is not my idea of a good time. We're not going back to this particular place. The other employees were very nice despite the angry little man who was responsible!
For the first time in this particular Panera, I would say that it is quite a lot with the rest. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad. If I had a complaint, I would say that the sandwich was not very well joined together, I had the avocado melt and everything was just stacked on one side and I had to open and spread it, but not that this is all, but not much attention to detail. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and friendly.
I've ordered French onion soup on 2 occasions and both times there was no cheese!! That is the best part your workers at 41st and Yale area need to pay attention.
