Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

My daughter said this place was awesome and I had to try it. I was initially excited, then concerned as there were zero patrons, and a young lady mopping the dining area. There were a couple cars in the drive-thru though. We opened the door and asked twice if they were open for dining?The mopping young lady said nothing. Another young lady appeared from the back and I asked again. She affirmed and we proceeded. She asked what we wanted and as I approached I told her I wasn’t sure because I’d never been there before. She asked if I’d been to Chipotle, She said we’re basically the same. I’d not been there either. She said it’s like a Mexican subway. Lol! Okay.I got a chicken quesadilla combo with fixins; queso, salsa, and guacamole. Not bad, tasted pretty fresh. Not impressed with the guac (bitter)or queso (plain, but consistency was good). Salsa was good. The Mango Lime drink was a wonderful option instead the usual sodas.As soon as we sat down, the 2 young ladies were on their phones. One sitting on the countertop. We finished and I went to the restroom. NO TOILET PAPER. The dispenser was empty. ? I had to stand awkwardly, drip and open cabinets in the restroom to get some.The got soap, and sink would not come on. So aggravating.Being on their phones was not really a big deal until I discovered the empty TP holder. When my husband went to ask for a to go box for my food, the girl watched him walking up but didn’t get off the counter until he asked for a to go box. She turned around got one, jumped down to hand it to him and then jumped right back up there.About the food, I think it was overpriced considering what you get. Nothing to write home about.A nice alternative, if you’re reading this and in Corinth, try V. Taco!! You won’t regret it!! The to go box was for my chickens. Let’s see if they like it!

Got a Burrito and a 8oz queso didn’t come with chips and It was like 20 bucks this is ridiculous you’d think for $20 and me getting queso I’d get some chips

Holy taledo! A bowl with chips and a med drink is 16.00. There’s a reason why your store is empty, your prices are way too high. Moe’s offers the same thing for 10. The chips are included with all meals and 1 off on Monday’s. Too bad there’s no Moe’s near by but look for this chain to be short lived with those prices. People want value!!!!!

Worst experience in a long time. I had trouble ordering online and got kicked out twice only to have to start over. After getting frustrated, I called and the shift leader refused to take my order over the phone even though I told her I was having trouble ordering. She actually said her manager told her not to take phone in orders and suggested door dash which gets a mark up on the menu items in addition to the delivery charge. How do you sell to people who aren’t tech savvy? What happens if your app or website are down?? If it were just for me I would have gone elsewhere. I won’t ever order again.

This was my first time going into this place. I loved the atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. The various options made it hard to pick just one meal because everything looks so delicious. I decided on a beef burrito bowl and chips and queso. The chips have a delicious seasoning on them and the queso is AMAZING. my burrito bowl was good too but definitely have to go back because the family pack looks like such a good deal and the food is definitely worth it. Definitely recommend this one.
