The woman who owns the place is East Asian and she also makes dishes from there. We had a veggie samosa to go and they were great. We will definites go back and try some of her other Indian dishes.
I often go for soup and a sandwich here. The lentil soup is delicious and the sandwiches are very fresh and stuffed with filling. Yesterday, I picked up a Butter Chicken and a Sag Paneer (homemade cheese and spinach puree) and consumed with friends this evening. Excellent; twice much chicken one normally gets. Another aspect of the delight of the cafe is Raj, the effervescent owner. Worth a trip.
The healthy chicken wrap is absolutely fabulous - grilled in a whole wheat wrap with generous chunks of chicken, veggies
The Butter Chicken is amazing and I love their salads. Such healthy ingredients! Her coffee flavours are amazing! Ginger coffee, that is yummy! Thanks Raj!
This is a small and cosy coffee tucked away just off the 4 Way Stop in Turner Valley (SE corner.) Great coffee, tea, muffins etc. Raj, the East Indian owner, also has some great Butter Chicken, vegetarian and other Asian dishes.
