Feeling intimidated, I decided to leave and head to Newk's for pizza instead. I was honestly scared; it felt like he was angry enough to turn me into a roast sandwich if I made another mistake. Typically, employees should communicate with customers respectfully, not scream at them. I may have unintentionally upset him, but it’s unusual for staff to yell unless they’re in a difficult situation. I strongly urge you to look into who was working that evening. It might be worth providing this individual with additional resources or — better yet — some paid time off. There might be underlying issues I’m unaware of that could help improve the situation. The restaurant had dirty tables all around, and the staff, including the manager, were unfriendly. It was really disappointing. My daughter's meal was difficult to eat, and I couldn't even chew my own food. There was no one available to address our concerns. Overall, the service was poor and the dining experience was unsatisfactory!

Good beer selection. Had the shrimp po boy and it was ok. Everything I have had there is just ok.
