Church's Chicken - Tuscaloosa

Chicken strips good, but somehow small, biscuit and apple cake were amazing. the staff was very friendly.

The chicken sandwich was really good. The fries tasted like they were cooked that morning and sat under the food heater until that afternoon. The okra was fresh. That chicken sandwich though.....I think it tasted better than Popeyes!

Idk whats going on at this location but every time I go here, the people taking orders are rushing us to order to a point where they are cutting us off while we are in the middle of a sentence. I understand they have to keep the drive thru moving at a decent pace.. but the amount of time wasted by them interrupting us and making us have to repeat ourselves, it enough to mess up their drive thru time.. gave 2 stars cause at least the food was right.

It took very long, to go threw the drive threw. You had to order at the pick up window. I didn't receive my boomers or biscuits. This is the 2nd time my order wasn't right. I was really hoping it would've been better this time. I was really tired from work and didn't want to cook. But they usually do a good job.

This churches chicken on Greensboro in tuscaloosa cooked and served spoil chicken. I ordered a 6pc two can dine on today, when I got to the window there was a smell coming out of it I wasn't sure but I thought something smells spoiled. So I got my food got home I was the first to start eating then when my boyfriend started eating he says what is that smell. So he smells the chicken and tells me to stop eating it's the chicken smelling like that. All if the six pieces where spoiled they had cooked the chicken spoiled. I can't believe it. When I took it back the manager was rude she acted like it wasn't that serious meanwhile I had to cough up all the food I had so in hopes that I didn't get sick. I can not believe that they cooked and sold spoiled chicken.
