Longhorn Steakhouse - Tuscaloosa

Best fillet lobster tail i've had in a while! both were cooked to perfection! worth amount paid! salad was much more than simple. the white balsamic dressing was great! also received a good sized loaf of delicious wheat bread!! Thank You! Longhorn ! staff very friendly accommodating. totally recommend as the BEST steakhouse in Tuscaloosa!

Last week we had a birthday party. three of the party ordered the same meal and it was not very good, but the manager made the meal excellent. he gave the three same meal times to take home and us for drinks and appetizers. surprise us. what a great manager, thank you. tuscaloosa location.

We were in a few longhorns and almost every time it was good. but tonight was terrible. it appeared our server had too many tables, he went from us a few times before he recognized us. our drinks were brought, but he had no straws, we asked for straws and remembered him later. no brot was brought to us, he said he saw something and would bring us a faith. the water had a metallic taste, I tried two separate glasses and just got a limo. my steak was very rare and I ordered medium, my wife ordered medium well and her was very well made. not a pleasant experience, and quite disappointing.

Gastgeber never spoke to us. we broke up. I ran away. we waited 10 minutes for a server. Nobody showed up. we left. in the dining room. will not be back.

My family and I celebrated in the longhorn. we waited 40 minutes because they were very understated. we then ordered and we wait for our food for 45 minutes before our waitress realized that she had not put our order in the house with the cook. she didn't come with us or anything. then she comes back and tells us that she forgot to put our order so that we have waited another 30 minutes after she finally got into our order. then she brought us the wrong food and took it back and then brought us the wrong food again. Finally she brought out the right food and when it was time to pay, she said she could offer us a free dessert and that's it. we no longer wanted to wait for a dessert, so we finally made them give a discount. she gave us only 25% after all forgiveness. really disappointed by the service. it was terrible and they did not try to make it right by offering us a real discount or the meal free. overall terrible experience and we will not go back.
