Pizza Hut Express - Tuscaloosa

It's alright, but every time I order, the pizza has an overwhelming amount of sauce, even though I request less.

I had lunch there about a month ago, and it was a disappointing experience. When I tried to place a delivery order, the staff put me on hold and forgot about me. After I called back, I was put on hold again and then told to order online. The service was terrible, and I will definitely not be returning. They don't even deserve one star!

On March 30, 2018, we were very disappointed with one of the pizzas we ordered. We placed our order online and specifically requested no crust flavor, but one of the pizzas still had a garlic taste. My partner was quite upset about it, as he doesn't like the flavor of the crust.
