Red Lobster Tuscaloosa

The food was cold and didn't taste good. margaritas were very icy and not tasteful. will never visit this special red lobsters again.

Eating and server were great! the host was a bit embarrassing. we had a reservation through opentable and came 5 minutes before the time. we said we had a 15-minute rate and there were many empty tables. the host told us that the reservation only meant something when someone went in and we showed up with our reservation at the same time. seems that defeats the point, a reservation something. We've only waited 5 minutes, but that was a little clumsy. every thing has improved significantly from this disappointing start.

First we made reservations and still had to wait with few people on the table! we waited an hour for the half to get cold food and an hour to drink a glass of water! total experience was terrible!
