Wendy's - Tuscaloosa

Every time I visit, the service is quite good, and the food is satisfactory. I've had better experiences and worse ones, but it’s convenient for me, so I plan to continue going there.

I ordered the 4 for $4 meal, and the woman at the second window who handed the food to the driver was quite unpleasant. She even forgot to give me my drink. I understand that everyone is going through a tough time during the pandemic, but it's important to set aside personal issues before starting a shift at Wendy's. Her attitude was really off-putting.

The majority of the time your order is going to be wrong even after they repeat it back to you correctly and it shows correct on the receipt. And sometimes it seems they purposely want to mess your order up. Once said no mayo, they repeated it back and even had it on the receipt. It was loaded with mayo where I couldn't even scrap it off, like more than what they normally put on if you want it. Seems it was purposely done especially with the rude attitude of the employee. Nice and friendly employees are rare here. Food also is rarely ever hot.
