Campbell Hill Bakery - Twentynine Palms

Great bakery! there is always a line out of the door because it is a small bakery. I think it would be helpful to post your menu through the window or online so we can browse the menu and make our selections while we wait. the staff was patient and friendly. would come back if I were in the opposite!

We ordered the egg sandwich, sugar cinnamon bread, two soups and honey iced coffee. Everything was sooo delicious and fresh! Definitely recommend when coming to 29 palms

Our friends in 29 Palms treat us to CHB [insert Amber Heard stepped on a bee meme] when they visit us and when we visit them and everything is crazy good. Well, except one thing (I like my granola sweet and unhealthy), but everything else so good I am willing to admit I 'm probably wrong. Love everything they gave us: coffee cake, croissants, roasted tomato tortellini, sandwiches, but especially the pesto, green tomatillo sauce, and perfect chocolate cake, which they leave for their Airbnb guests to ensure five stars.

Wow was I happy to stumble upon this place. I’m pretty picky about coffee when I’m traveling I really want a good cup of joe to start my day and Campbell Hill Bakery did not disappoint. They really do sell out of stuff so I got a cinnamon roll and a melted cheese ham sandwich for later. Both were so good cinnamon roll was soft on the inside! You know how many cinny rolls you find that are rock hard? not these. There will be a line, but it’s worth the wait. I can’t wait to find myself back in 29 Palms on a Tuesday Saturday so I can get back to CHB.

Pleasantly surprised! We had property on the outskirts of 29 palms and for years we used to roll through and eat at the various restaurants either on the way to Joshua tree or back home to the Pasadena area. But today we were rolling through. Didn't want to stop for a long meal at some of the other good restaurants in the area and we decided to try this place out and try their famous sandwiches. We had a turkey and Swiss which had the most amazing bread with some other cheese in it. It was unbelievable. So good! And we shared it. We were kind of wishing we each had our own after tasting it. But we decided to try a couple cookies and with a pleasant surprise that, I actually saw, the counterperson a nice gentleman intentionally pick and put in the bag. I wasn't sure at first until we opened it. Unbelievable scone The chocolate chip cookies were the best I've had, at the best restaurants, around the world and the scone is the best scone I've ever had. Makes me wish we lived nearby but we come through a lot and we will come through again. Don't miss this place!
