Oasis Cafe - Twentynine Palms

We had an amazing time! My husband won some money playing cards, and I had some luck at the slots as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I purchased two cartons of cigarettes for $98, and it was definitely worth the trip. The cigarettes are generic, but they're not bad at all. I’ll be sure to buy more on our next visit. Also, I just remembered that I received a free gift because I used my player club card during a few past visits. It was a large non-stick pan, which was great! I’ll definitely be going back.

This casino is quite amusing, and as other reviewers have mentioned, it is on the smaller side. I would have appreciated a better promotion for first-time visitors instead of just losing and being promised a return visit for a promotion in a few weeks. We were only in Joshua Tree for a week and would have loved to see a few more tables or machines to play on. On the positive side, the staff and dealers are very friendly. Drinks at the bar are complimentary, which is a nice touch. We also enjoyed the café, as the food was quite good. We had a great time playing at their $3 blackjack table. Although the payouts for blackjack are 1 to 1 at this cheaper table, the low minimum bet makes it a great option for anyone looking to learn how to play.

This casino was a small casino. I prefer a small casino than the bigger ones. You keep the casino clean. There is always someone who picks up garbage and cleaning, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I'm on my way, I'd definitely stop.

Saturday afternoon. Enjoy the 1 hour or so of playing Blackjack and a little slots. Broke even on the table and won a few hundred on the slots. It was convenient and not too busy, also it was nice to see the barbecue area open. Enjoy...

Not too bad. A little casino in the middle of no where. The little Cafe was understaffed and the food took longer but it was hot when we got it. William told us upfront that it would take 15 minutes. He was very nice and friendly.
