Contribuisci feedbackThe food is generally quite nice. It is however overpriced. That is by far not the major concern however. Their service is just awful apart from one waitress. They are extremely rude and demand a tip. Keep in mind that they demanded while I was paying. I was planning on giving a tip! This was not one bad experience. It happened at least 3 or 4 times. The atmosphere is what brought me back but if they dont change their attitude, I won't be going there again.
Stopped in for a quick lunch on a weekday. Sat inside because there weren't any open tables outside and to get away from the smokers. I usually try to have fun with our wait person, and I tried mightily with our waiter here. But he would have none of it, and every attempt to engage him was met with a grunt or a one word response. Now that has no bearing on the quality of the good food being offered, but good conversation is an important part of the restaurant experience, and it was lacking here.
The position and ambiance was magnificent overlooking the lake. Service was multi lingual and the waiter that helped us was absolutely top notch. I enjoyed the more traditional homemade German food that we had for lunch and we will be returning for dinner very soon. A great experience especially after a significant renovation approximately 2 years ago.
Great setting on the lake. Food was good, especially the Kaiserschmarrn, which was only 8.90 Euros. The Zanderfilet was also good. Would definitely come back.
We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was overcooked and dry and the pulled pork was also dry and tasted sour. The fries were OK but that's no feat. The food was generally too expensive, especially for the quality. The service was poor. The waitress took our drink order but later snatched the menus from the table without taking our food order. We had to actually remind her that we had indeed not ordered our food yet. Cleanliness and Corona measures were also not taken seriously. Some staff and many customers were walking around without masks, although they are required to wear them when not seated at their tables, and the staff did nothing. Additionally, tables were not disinfected after each customer as they are supposed to be.
