We ordered at the Drive-thru, and they were a little busy. The employee kindly told us he'd be with us in a moment. We placed our order for Frosties. The van in front of us had a very large order, causing us to wait longer than usual. When we got to the pick-up window, there was an employee whose shift just started. He noticed our Frosties were melting from the longer wait in front of us and gave us new ones. It's great to see young adults being so friendly and caring!

Went through the drive through, and ordered a huge meal. Did not get half of what I ordered. Fries were stale. Worst service ever!! Ripped us off completely and hung up on me when I called. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

My burger was not cooked all the way it was still pink in the middle and yet the assistant manager just wanted to do nothing about it didn’t wanna refund my money didn’t want to remake my burger or anything very **** poor management!!!!!
