Apparently, this place was known for his rams that I didn't know before and I wasn't in it. since I was with a group that we also ordered. the salmon carpaccio with yuzu jelly. very tasty and beautifully served. if they like salmon sashimi, this is a great variation to try. yakitori (on the menu in English that confused me as I thought skewers were called kushiyaki and tori in yakitori means huh. but they get 5 random skewers, so our first order of the same items on the menu was not the same as the second. if they are a picky meal, they might want to inform you when ordering. tempura prawns. they were good, and I personally liked the bark tongue, soft meat and great taste. I can't judge the rugs, but we noticed that the eggs were pretty big. also the staff is very friendly. I was impressed that they speak Dutch. they are Japanese, and in other authentic Japanese restaurants in the lowlands that I visited was English the language they use next to Japanese. I was a little disappointed at the Dessert menu, as it had only green tea ice cream and black sesameis. great food, nice staff. small restaurant and a bit hard to find, but really worth visiting!
Super friendly service and delicious food! my favourite piece was the back of the grilled cow. the broth of the fog was rich and tasteful. the char siu was super soft. it was a great meal!
Great food and hospitality. Just miss out on some vegetarian options. the tofu steak was big, but we didn't cost it very much. the kimchi ramen is delicious and the portions are large.
The service is great, the people are very nice and the rams was heerlijk
Easily one of the best if not the best places I've ever dined in. Not just in the Netherlands but all over the world where I've been to. Nice and cozy place. Their Iberico shoyu ramen is godly. Also try out their 5-course menus. Besides being just amazingly delicious, it's also an experience of its own. Everything is beautifully served. And what I like about it being a Japanese restaurant is that it's not just sushi because there's so much more to the Japanese cuisine and Raku offers it to you.
