I chose the table service, but was charged by the staff when my food was ready. when I asked if I could have a tablet for the food, the employee said, ok went back to serve on the drive. painful!

Foul wounded female employees. To be honest, it's just disgusting! if that were my child, I would have washed her mouth with soap. I ordered a toastia at my mealtime and watched as a worker told another worker that a toastia was only needed for her to then call out my number that there was no toastia in the pocket.

Customer service skills from staff were rude and disrespectful, also need to take barista courses because they don’t know how to make a coffee
