Susanna and Carlos were so great to work with, very accommodating with things I wanted to add on and very helpful with planning. The interior has just been renovated and looks beautiful. The back room with a hug dance floor was the perfect layout for guests to mingle and see everything going on.The food was great and all of my guests agreed. They allowed us plenty of time to come in and decorate how we wanted. Their servers were very attentive to us and we ended up going home with trays of the extra food.
Very nice venue.. steak was a bit raw but never the less everything was beautiful well coordinatedFood: 3/5
Let me begin with full disclosure.. I worked there one day a week when I was able and shortly afterwards the place was sold. The new owners had zero restaurant experience but were eager. Sadly, enthusiasm and ego never make for good workmates. The place is a shambles. The kitchen should be shut down for serious repairs including those that cause serious health concerns. The service is so abismal because they never hire enough staff to properly cover a shift and goes through management staff because he gets the proper advice and not what he wants to hear. There have been 2 out of the 14 events I've seen that have gone on as planned. The rest have varied from very cold rooms in winter without enough beverages to an event where the guests had to go buy pizza and serve it themselves because the kitchen stove broke and there was no wait staff. Just the owners son. If you expect a tasteful, beautiful experience full of flawless memories you can cherish for your event then this is NOT the place. If you are satisfied with a ghetto get together where you don't care how dirty he silver is or if they get your order right but can trash the place and not follow any kind of liquor or restaurant laws then this is your place! There's even a family living in the dressing rooms upstairs where the brides are supposed to dress and they use the event kitchen as their own!!! It's deadass ratchet!! for you young folk)
Uhm. No. Once was enough. The food was bad. The service was bad. Granted this was about 8 years ago so they may have gotten better, but I can't recommend it. I am interested in trying their new, embedded restaurant though. Banquet facilities are almost always awful so I come to expect that, but their restaurant might be worth a shot.
I threw my mother a surprise party at La Mirage it turned out phenomenal. The owner, bartender, servers and chef were more than accommodating. They went over and beyond to make sure my mother’s party was a success. The food was delicious, the drinks were great everyone had a fantastic time. I highly recommend La Mirage will be using them for future events!
