Contribuisci feedbackWorst customer service I've seen in years. We stood at the front for 15 minutes before anyone took our order. The cashier rolled her eyes and sighed after every order. After all of that she still didn't get the order right even though it was only a vanillamilkshake they didn't even give proper size spoons for the large blizzards we ordered. Don't waist your time.
The cashier didn't kniw what she was doing. The girl that came to help her had attitude. But the manager was patient nice even though she was doing all the cooking fixing the orders.
I waited for 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and chicken bites. The customer behind me ordered 6 strips and received his food prior to mine. I ended up getting a refund no food and added 40 minutes to my 8 hour trip. If you are in a hurry this is not theplace. I wonder if the food would have been worth the wait but I doubt it. #stillhungry
They (like many restaurants these days) didn't have enough employees and locked the doors after we left. They were out of many items and the ice cream tasted like it was made of buttermilk or the chocolate sauce was bad. I couldn't eat it. Hoping it wasjust a really bad day for them and it's not that bad regularly.
This is the second time in a row I have been disappointed at the drive thru here. The first time they did not have any gravy for chicken strips about an hour before closing which I assume was that they ran out of prepared gravy and didn't want to make anyso late. Today I went and had to wait a good 10 minutes at the speaker before ordering, I was asked to wait longer than I everhave when I was also asked to pull up past the drive thru. I ordered an extra chili cheese dog and did not get it. They were outof coke, pibb, and did not have unsweet tea. The chicken strips were good.
