Wests Illawarra - UNANDERRA

Great place to duck in for a quick cheap yummy lunch! We went with friends and kiddies! The food was all nice and the kids loved the play ground!

We had a family celebration and chose Wests because there are good choices on the menu, reasonable prices and a lovely play area for children and their families. Portions are generous, even on the kids menu.

When a meat or technology raffle is being held Wests is pretty well crammed and it can take over an hour for your food to arrive. You might struggle to find a table too unless you arrive early. But having said that, the food when it arrives is generously portioned, hot and tasty. The menu on offer is basic fare but lets face it, this is not fine dining and the prices are still quite reasonable in comparison with competition. Drinks are also priced fairly, though I must report that one pint was sour and had to be replaced. The steaks are good and so are the fish and chips. It can be lively here but generally friendly and fun.

We recently attended the club for a private function in one of their rooms. The room was set up as asked for. The food that was ordered for the function was quite good and the staff very helpful,

We regularly go down as a family for dinner, always quiet enjoyable. Super friendly staff too! The kids room is always a bonus too!
