Staff was crabby and never said hi. There was no TV remote in room and when staff was told they said they would work on it but never got one. The room was dirty when we arrived, dirt on walls and in bathroom. The room next to us had put trash out in the hallway as the rooms only get cleaned every 5th day and it sat in the hallway for almost 2 days. It was still there when we left. We were down for a funeral and would of found a different place to stay if the other hotels weren't booked due to the state fair. Also not very safe when they are painting by the stairwell and there is plastic up basically blocking the exit.
Well the breakfast was delicious an the very polite intuitive an extremely understanding night time employee I believe her name is Marie was a great help an a remarkable front desk lady who I thought was a manger based on her confidence an work ethic... Awesome job ?
Loved my stay here! Everything was clean, staff was helpful friendly. Conveniently 20mins away from airport mall of America! and 5mins away from a target walgreens. Would stay here again!!!
So the room.had no kleenex we asked for 2 times and they never gave us none.We came from a function around 10pm ,so tired and sweaty as the day's temperatures were high 80s..We asked to be supplied with bathing towels and the management said they are out until tomorrow morning...He said he can offer as many hand towels as we may need....The following morning we called the front desk at 945am for towels again ...The lady said they are still out of....Later they brought smelling towels with green stripes ....You could literally know the picked the towels from pool department...
