Contribuisci feedbackOur shower backed up and we notified the front desk the night we arrived. No one called or checked it out. The next morning we notified the front desk again as we still had not been able to use the shower. Someone came to work on it but did not fix the problem and left without telling us the issue was not resolved. We called again in the afternoon as we had an event to attend and wanted to shower. We had to “bathe” using the bathroom sink. Someone again came to work on the shower and left without fixing it. We notified the front desk again and someone was in our room until 1am. This person told us he could not fix it and the hotel was sold out so we couldn’t be moved. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days without a shower and the front desk staff acted like it was no big deal. Called the property manager Kelly and still have not received a call back. This is not what we have come to expect from IHG hotels. Beyond disappointing.
Front desk staff is terrific. One of our rooms smelled faintly of sewage. Restaurant is good, but there's very little else around there. Kind of nice that there's a walk along the river, but not much else.Walkability: It's a short walk to downtown but there are a fair number of homeless people hanging out on the streets. And there's next to nothing near the hotel itself.
Very welcoming check-in personnel, Ayka! She was very efficient and did an amazing job with the seamless check-in process and for giving me a very thorough info about your beautiful property and the benefits of being an Ambassador Diamond member.The complimentary upgrade to the Corner suite was very much appreciated. The room was beautiful and I loved the personal handwritten note from Julia, welcoming us to the property and wishing us a pleasant stay.The property has the most amazing views of the river and is very well-maintained throughout and conveniently situated within minutes walks of restaurants and the downtown attractions.The restaurant was great and we had an incredible breakfast there, with the most awesome server.My only complaint was the sad food offering at the Club InterContinental.I would definitely stay again in this amazing property and would highly recommend it.
I stayed here last night. The valet service was short of help of course. We parked in a public parking ramp close by. The main mirrored light in the bathroom did not work. Our bellboy was Amazing when we arrived! Thelayabir? ? When we left another young man showed us a short cut to the ramp! Thank you Hon. I unfortunately didn't catch his name because the elevator was full because only one was working. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Thank you All!
The staff working at the front desk are not helpful at all. Our experience was so poor, just on arrival to this hotel that we started looking for new ones as soon as we got into our room. My husband and I drove 10 hours to this hotel. I recently changed my last name, so my ID didn’t have the same last name as my credit card. I explained to the front desk associate and manager the situation, provided multiple other cards showing my maiden name and that I just hadn’t gotten new cards yet with my married name. Their ONLY solution to this was to offer to cancel my reservation. Thankfully, I came up with a solution, no help to them AT ALL. When we finally got into our room there were a list of things wrong and we’ve already had to call down 3 separate times. This is probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
