Cold Stone Creamery - Union

I like their ice cream, but last time I went to this place to try their waffle for the first time I was highly disappointed. Their waffle was old and kind of chewy. You’d think it would be crunchy and crispy like a normal ice cream waffle. Is all ColdStone waffles old and stale? I don’t know! So I had to throw the waffle away after paying extra $1.5 for it

I understand it can be stressful at times when dealing with a rush but people come here for bliss. I visited this past Saturday because my 4 yr old really wanted ice cream the workers had attitudes and the customer service was horrible. I would’ve went else where but it’s impossible to take a 4yr old out of an ice cream shop without anything. Hope things can improve.

Yesterday evening I place a door dash order. When I tell you!It was the worst mistake ever.I ordered 4 milk shakes, when I received them. There were no straws and then it wasn’t correctly identified. Before they put it in a tray, to prevent it from spilling. Omg. Worst service ever. I would not do any door dash from this place of business again.And make it even worst, all this money I spent. And one of the orders were done wrong.?

Man I hadn’t been to cold stone in so long. It’s so good. This is just your run of the mill cold stone. But by god it’s delish.

Really bad service and attitude. Dirty and not a welcoming place for all members of the community
