Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Union Gap

Bad place to eat. Got a flamethrower burger. Supposed to have lettuce, tomato and bacon on it. Only came with 2 Pattie's and sauce, cheese. Had to choke it down, kept on sticking in my throat. Will not visit again. Also needed a code to get into the bathrooms. Very disappointed, cuz visit Dairyqueen in Tri-cities all the time.

A little short-staffed, but that's to be expected these days. Blizzards are still good though they didn't do the flip over thing. I don't care, but some people will.

This place has really good food and really great prices, but the employees are so lazy and forgetful. The last two times I went here they have messed up our order. But for some reason today we got an extra fry, so I can't complain about that.

Very disappointed in our experience here. We walked in and the place looked dingy..we ordered and sat down to wait for our food as we were getting a drink we saw the cook wipe her forehead and push her hair back with her gloves on then proceed to wrap a burger and dump the fries. To make things worse once we went to eat my bun had green and black mold on it and the patty had a green tint..We will not be returning and hope this establishment refreshes on their food handlers training. Hope they turn things around.

If I could give -0- stars I would. We ordered a birthday cake over the phone 2 weeks before we needed it. When we went in to pay a few days later they had lost the order, so we placed a new order and paid for our cake. Went in to pick up at 4pm (the time I told them I'd be there was 3pm). First nobody wanted to help me (only person inside was me) then I had ordered a quarter sheet cake and they brought a round cake which had no writing on it. When they took the cake back to put the writing on it but they couldn't find the order form. They had the cake in the back for at least 10 minutes before asking me what it was supposed to say and what color. I asked them where my order form was and they said couldn't find it. They then told me they couldn't do the writing because the person there doing it wasn't comfortable. When they came back out with the quarter sheet cake I ordered I asked them if they'd give me the piping so we could write on it ourselves. They said they couldn't do that. OK so I paid for it and you couldn't do it, you won't give me the piping to do it myself OR refund my money, real nice. To top it all off.....my ice cream cake had NO cake. It was all ice cream. This place is an absolute joke. I will NEVER visit this location again.
