99 Restaurant and Pub Massachusetts

George was an excellent waiter and gave us plenty of time to order, because we were chatting just was very pleasant.

Bar is full of lepers but the dark haired bartender was very nice.

We absolutely love the 99, the bartenders are excellent, and they have the coldest beers in town. This is a once a week stop for us typically, however the takeout is severely lacking. When you call the restaurant, it says ?for a better experience, to-go orders must be placed online? that?s all fine and dandy, but you cannot customize your order online, so as long you want your food exactly how it is on the menu, with no other requests, this is fine. For example, there?s no place for special instructions, which I get, maybe they don?t want crazy requests, but I simply wanted to order a burger with the bread on the side, aka not assembled since they tend to get soggy to-go, but there isn?t any way to do that online, such a fail we had to get takeout elsewhere. I?ll just have to enjoy my 99 when dinning in.

They took forever to seat a small party while 3 LARGE. Party?s left due to ?only a certain? amount of workers while I counted 12 SERVERS. Don?t come here it?s not worth it. The floors also are very dirty.

The 99 in Westford has consistently out-performed my expectations for a chain restaurant. We were seated quickly and courteously. Our waitstaff was also quick and attentive. Best of all, I have really enjoyed the food each time I've been there. On my last visit, I had country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and cranberry sauce. I ate every scrap greedily. I've tried different things, too, and always enjoyed my meal at a very reasonable price, too! Good job, 99! Keep it up. (I wish I lived a little closer!
