This taco bell in Lubbock, TX was decorated so very eclectic. Colors were bright and fun. Service was great too. And lastly the food was made fresh and correct. Overall a great place to eat and hang out close to campus. Go Texas Tech wreck em Radars

Food was very sloppy and just thrown in the bag. Didnt get the cina twists. When I ordered the party pack there was no option to take the sour cream off (didn't know taco bell added sour cream to the party pack) and the sour cream is just globs on one side of each taco

Typically a fast drive-thru service. However, the self-service kiosk inside does not correctly order the mango whip freeze: both times I have ordered the mango whip freeze, the kitchen ticket had shown a regular mango freeze to the employees. I also did not ever get my text receipt either time at the kiosk (the drive-thru has receipts every time).

Cooperate really needs to participate in this location. The GM must participate in this site. Again and again this place was a disappointment. Wait for it to turn around, but not. Really disappointed, always an incomplete order with reception in the hand, tables are always dirty, clothing and hygiene looks really bad in the joint. Every time it was always something. Come on, Taco Bell, you have to do better.
