The Melting Pot - United States

Every time we go to this melting pot, the staff may have been undertrained and only for a few months. the training program does not seem existent for a unique restaurant like this that makes a great difference, as the server prepares their food table page. also the host at the reception was rude and unfriendly.

The first time at melting pot. our server, farando, was excellent. he explained the process. we had a vegan diner with us and fernando offered their very tasty options (all of us tried the vegan options.) it was a long process to go through all the courses. I would suggest a la carte vs “Dinner for 2” or 4. it is really too much to eat and takes very long to go through all the courses.

A fun culinary experience. service was great, the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. the food and the drinks were great! it is a bit expensive, but highly recommended for special occasions or outing with friends.

We always love the melting pot. the children love to dip the cheese and the chocolate. we had a great New Year's experience and celebration!
