Panda Express - Universal

The staff, a girl wears a red T-shirt has a very bad attitude. It's too much to give her a single star. She hates this job so much and can choose another one. How could she stand in front of a child with such an expression. If there were no children, I wouldn't mind her expression. I had a meal at this restaurant around 9pm on 12/26/2023.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Staff was so stingy and gave so little food. Bad attitude as well.

By far the worst panda express i’ve been to. The line moves so slow because they are premaking plates (that barely anyone is taking. plus why premake plates at a restaurant which already has all the food pre prepared) while there are people right in front of them waiting for food. I left the line and placed a mobile order to save time, and was later notified by the app that the food was prepared and ready to be picked up. This was not the case, my order had not even been started, and not only that, several orders were still prepared before mine.

The food tasted horrible, and I thought it'd taste good like a regular Panda express.They should close this Panda down and replace it with a better restaurant.Noodles soggy and broccoli beef flavorless.Spend your money in the neighboring food places.Lady serving me had a bad attitude I was confused and she didn't care and gave sass.Didnt finish after 2 bites.
