Fantastic experience! The staff here are excellent. The coffee is always fresh, and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. They really take their time to prepare everything perfectly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is a young man working the morning shift who has been less than helpful. During my first visit, he was on the ordering menu at the drive-thru, and the second time, he was at the window. Unfortunately, his attitude does not reflect well on Dunkin’. At the window, he came across as sullen and uninterested in his job. Not only did he fail to prepare my order as I requested, but when I pointed out the error, he seemed annoyed and almost disgusted. To make matters worse, I witnessed him touch the rim of my cup with his unclean hands, and he even put his fingers inside the cup. This was the final straw, leading me to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I typically dislike voicing complaints about service, but I genuinely believe this employee needs additional training or support. There is no need for a bad attitude when people are simply trying to enjoy their morning coffee. Working in the medical field, I totally understand how challenging it can be to deal with difficult customers, but that does not justify disrespectful behavior.
