Dunkin' - Upperco

This Dunkin is fabulous! The staff are always so kinda and make delicious beverages!! I go to this dunkin' at least 3 times a week, and I am never disappointed.

Went inside to order my donuts because 1 guest inside, 5 cars in drive-through.Saw the donuts I want sold to drive-thru customers due to slow cashier service. No back up donuts on hand.I got out of my vehicle to go in to the storefront for quicker, better service. Again, there was no line inside. Will not revisit a store that doesn’t prioritize the transactions in a meaningful way.

Comes down to the service in my opinion. Was told that they did not have caramel when asked for a caramel latte. Then ordered a other drink, didn 't have french vanilla. Asked what flavors they do have; employee told us they have salted caramel . Wouldn 't you think that an employee would suggest since they don 't have caramel, how about salted caramel??? Where is the customer service at ?? Damn.

Go here often the food and service is amazing and it is almost never busy especially if you make a mobile order.
