Tim Hortons - Urbana

I ordered a dozen donuts this morning, two were Boston Cream. When I brought her to the office, it was pointed out that there was no cream in both of them. I called the office several times before Heidi/Amber answered. She answered and said, please hold and put the phone. Heidi/Amber then continued to drive the next 15 minutes by car without returning to the phone. Talk about unprofessional and unconsidered customer service. She was the worst I ever met.

We stopped there before lunch. The woman before us said she had waited 15 minutes and not recognized, she left. We let the girl go behind us when she was in an early lunch break. We waited and waited, and no one spoke to us. We went and she followed and said she was late for work. I heard that from many people.

The food is good when you can get it. Always out of everything in the afternoons. Counter service is really bad also. I have stood in there for over 15 minutes. I stopped going there because of this. STOCK UP ! MAKE EVERYTHING AVAILABLE ALL DAY LONG !!
