La Choza De Alejo - Uvita

I love the whole lot. It's absolutely amazing. The menu, the flavours, the service, the atmosphere, the price all 100% Thank you for having us.

We went here twice during a recent stay in Uvita. Four stars for the food only because my fajita on night two had a massive chunk of fat. On the plus side they made it good by giving us a shot of the four-year old house rum for postres. The food was great, otherwise, as was the service. Highly recommended!

The BEST Mexican food we’ve ever had anywhere in all our travels! We ate here two nights in a row! My husband loved the carne and cerdo dishes and I loved that they had multiple vegetarian options! Fajitas and enchiladas were amazing! We would definitely go again if we ever get the chance. This restaurant is a must if you’re staying in Uvita!

I think people come here for the drinks mostly. No locals in site either. I ordered steak fajitas cooked medium to be safe, the flavors were there but half way through the meal my stomach started cramping so I paid and left; I threw up and felt a lot better. The two pieces of steak were tough and one was cooked rare and the other medium well. Heard other people talking about how great the drinks were. I felt the service was good. Would not return.

AMAZING FOOD! Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. The owner was so nice and sweet. The place was clean and cute. And the food was incredible. Fresh, big portions, delicious sauces, and awesome flavors. 10/10 would recommend!
