Contribuisci feedbackThe coffee at this restaurant tastes like warm water with cream, even the dark roast is terrible. I have noticed a decline in quality over the past few months. I would rather drive to the Starbucks down the road and pay twice as much for something that actually tastes like coffee.
Here is my rating out of 5 for this restaurant: Rudeness: 5/5 Customer Service: 0/5 Drinks: 1/5 Food: 2/5 (cold and odd taste, seems like it has been sitting out for hours) Staff: 1/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 Despite not being busy most of the time, the staff fails to greet customers with basic pleasantries like "Hi," "Hello," or "Thank you."
Trying to redeem point on the app, no one knows what going on, not allowing me to redeem my points to get free food, laugh at me, and makes me pay for the food also think I'm stupid and ask me do I have enough point to redeem worst people ever on the night shift. Even the supervisor is useless. No clue how to redeem points on the app and also tell me to pay for my food. No issue redeeming points on other tim hortons.Not care , not helping , making fun of customer think they are stupid.
My wife ordered a small ice cap with half the amount of cream and a 4 cheese bagle she then went to pick the ice cap up and the lid was not on properly spilt the ice cap all over her self as well as all over the car when I called we got someone who said he was the manager who was extremely rude and mouthy (ronan) he said his name was all he keep say nope it was on I serviced it you don't know what your talking about I did not spill it on your wife she spilt it on herself
Great service, staff was very friendly and polite. Great hospitality by the guy behind the counter named Lovepreet. Would recommend this branch to others in the area.
