Chipotle - Vacaville

The chips were not fresh, but everything else was excellent. My burrito was packed full and I even used a tortilla from home to make a mini burrito for my toddler with some of the filling. Thanks for a great meal!

There is barely any food compared to when you are dining in at the restaurant, and the rice is not fully cooked. I always encounter these same issues when ordering through DoorDash. However, eating at the restaurant in person is always a better experience. It seems like they give less food because they believe they will not have to deal with customer complaints.

The food was served cold and despite asking for corn tortillas, I received crunchy ones instead. It had a very unpleasant smell, so I ended up throwing it away. This is my second negative experience with Chipotle and I will not be returning again.

Once again bowl only 2/3 filled. This always happens when I do delivery from chipotle! !They barely fill the bowls and burritos if you're not standing in front of them. Ugh.

Cheese dip was too cold and its not that good when not hot. And the quesadilla, the meat isnt really evened out. So you have one really meaty side and the other is cheese and a lot if tortilla. Understand they are busy but definitely thrown together. Thanks
