Contribuisci feedbackThis place is really a jewel! The restaurant is beautifully located in a vineyard. The interior was recently renovated and they did fantastic work. And the food! We loved every single court. Well deserves Michelin Stern!
A brilliant restaurant with modern regional cuisine, overlooking vineyards next to downtown Vaduz. I have the daily set menu, which was three courses (and one Amuse Bouche) for 86 CHF. The first dish is a combination of a chilled tomato soup with marlin on a cracker. The thick tomato soup is delicious with many fine spices to cover the intense taste of tomatoes. It was so good that I didn't leave a single drop. The exceptionally fresh marlin goes very well with the soup. The torcle style Vitello tonato is excellent. It comes with a few turns: two pieces of slightly smoked tuna accompany the cut calf, as well as fresh cheese cubes, the taste of light washabi. A little texture of croutons, radishes, sesame and microgreens complement the plate. The teres Major Steak (Bef Clod) was perfectly prepared to be chewing and tender with a rich beef flavor. The baked mini-potatoes were welcome, and any sauce with which it came was delicious. The passion fruit dream dessert has a passion fruit cream sweetened with honey, with the texture between ice and pudding, but an exceptionally creamy mouth feeling. Passion fruit seeds are carved on the top of the cream, as well as sweet berries. It was the highlight of the meal.
Just an incredible culinary experience. I'd say that was the best meal I had in my whole life. I visited Torkel on my honeymoon with my wife and we were blown away with our 3 course meal. I found myself and said: This is the best ___ I had ever had in my whole life for the steak, shrimps and deserts. To the TorkelTeam: Please do what you do. If I'm ever on another European road trip in Central Europe, I'll return safely.
Fabulous food, some of the most beautiful and creative in the region, impeccable service, beautiful surroundings. Every penny worth it.
One of the best restaurants in the region. High quality food and nice servers/staff. The terrasse with the view of the princely vineyard alone is worth the visit. Edit: After the renovation this place has become even better. The atmosphere is very nice and even in cold weather sitting on the terrace is very nice. The chef clearly worked on his skills because in my opinion the dishes had evenlmore details end finesse than before. Always a visit to look forward to.
