Cucina - Vail

We had a delightful breakfast at this restaurant. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. I would highly recommend it!

Service needed improvement, as the server was unavailable most of the time. Had to go place an order and pay the bill at the cashier.Curry was delicious. Beet salad was ok, as any average salad you could have. 5 grilled prawns was not tasty.Atmosphere is nice, especially the outside seating area

I went for breakfast on Saturday morning, 9/02/2023, at 9:15am. The buffet is only available on weekends, but the food was cold and there was very little left. 40 minutes later, the buffet was refilled, but it was too late for us. The buffet was similar to the kind you would find at a basic business hotel, but it cost $22. A large party of 8-10 people came in after us, and the manager told our waitress to take care of them. It wasn't her fault, but the service declined after that. Our waitress was busy refilling water and drinks and setting tables. The outdoor setting was beautiful with hummingbirds.

Love this restaurant that is located inside the Lodge Resort that I stayed at! Everyday from 2-4pmfor ski apres hour The Cucina offered complimentary hot apple cider, warm apple strudel, hot chocolate and smores that you could roast outside by the fire pit! It was so much fun?? @missnicolesicilian

We are a long time local family and just had one of the best breakfasts in all of Vail. Between the hostess, servers, and chef coming out to say hello, we could not have had a more enjoyable breakfast. Every plate was exceptionally crafted and delicious. Couldn’t recommend this more!
