I had a roasted lamb sandwich with mozzarella, au jus dip, and fries for lunch, paired with a Coors Light. Despite it being August, long sleeves were necessary at that elevation (some people were even wearing coats). I highly recommend this spot for a meal. Nearby activities include skiing, but I was there in the summer so we enjoyed a short hike instead. The beautiful views were definitely a highlight.
This restaurant has the worst food on the mountain. I would recommend eating at the base of the mountain instead of trying anything here. The food quality is rated 1 out of 5.
The restaurant is lovely, but it gets crowded quickly after 12:30 and the space can feel cramped.
The top of the mountain is beautiful and lots to see and do.
Terrible customer service. Buffy, Buffy, and Muffy the three fake blonde pretentious little daddy’s girls that work the registers are rude. After purchasing an $8.20 bottle of water I merely told my daughter wow that’s a lot for water. Buffy clapped back with why don’t you go to a gas station. That’s what I get for visiting vail mountain? A bunch of spoiled little rich daddy’s girls to berate me?
