However it has less traffic than the restaurants in Vail Village so you might get a spot at the bar if it's busy in Vail. Instead of this place, I'd go to The Fitz at Manor Vail or Vista at Arrowhead. Both delicious and less expensive than Slope Room.
#1, this restaurant fully passes the vibe check. Beautiful plush booths, rich colors and the chandeliers are fun to gaze at. #2, the service is impeccable. The staff is super attentive, chatty (if you want to be , and it probably helped that we were there super early to eat, but as the place got busier the service didn't change... #3 the food and drinks are top notch. Great selection of craft cocktails and wine list as well. We split a ribeye, had the au poivre sauce and food gras butter and both sides were amazing. The mashed potatoes are super airy and flavor is rich. I finished with a cappuccino and the espresso quality is worth the drink. It was like 6:00 when we finished dinner so I didn't mind the risk of caffeine before we headed out to a show. ; . I won't pass up Slope next time we are in Vail!!!

Not sure why this place doesn’t have higher reviews we LOVED our meal here! The food was seasonal and high quality. Everything was delicious. Also had great service. Will come again next time we’re in Vail. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Best dinner in Vail! We were staying over in lions head at the Hythe, wanted to try something other than Revel- EVERY single thing we ordered was delicious! Pork belly appetizer was scrumptious and the TROUT! never had such simple and delicious trout. Ilian, our server, was so pleasant and friendly and provided great recs for dinner!
