Chickpea - Vancouver

Chickpea started with a Food Truck..but it was so delicious that they realized they needed a larger space. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has large front glass windows so you feel you are sitting out on a patio ....There is a great vibe...everyone is chatting and the place feels happy...The food is Mediterranean but served with a difference. There are share platters, there are individual offerings, pita breads, salads and everything is so delicious. The place is vegetarian but you don't even miss the meat...there is so much to choose and lots of protein too. If you like falafel, this is the place to come to....not dry and crumbly, best falafel everrrr. Go and have fun...your tastebuds will thank you.

Went there on Thursday with 3 of my friends, the place is very big,rellay cool design , the atmosphere was great, the food was delicious and fresh, the alcohol was pretty cheap- will defiantly go back again so i can try every item on the menu! portions are big and there is no way you'll stay hungry...trust me :) Thank you chick pea! the food truck was good but this is AMAZING!!!

This is exactly what I want in vegetarian and vegan food: lots of options, mix and match, all delicious. The space is cozy and clever, and the owners are super friendly. Check it out!

Another amazing lunch at Chickpea. This time a falafel plate. A healthy and hearty dish with all of the fixings. A perfect lunch. And they now have a restaurant on Main with an even wider menu.

Really loved the Hummus and Fellafel, everything is fresh, colourfull and well seasoned.. A very uneek truck. hope to visit again soon!
