I recently had a very disappointing experience with a particular establishment, and I feel compelled to share my negative feedback. I called this place to inquire about their availability of cakes. Specifically, I mentioned that I needed a cake for 6-8 people. They informed me that they had smaller and larger ones, and assured me that the larger size would be sufficient. I agreed and mentioned that my brother would pick it up.However, when I opened the cake at home (fortunately, before the arrival of the 8 adults for my birthday celebration), I was shocked to find out that it was significantly smaller than expected. It wouldn't have even been enough for 4 people. To make matters worse, the price of this cake was a whopping $48! I have attached a photo below for reference.Immediately, I called them to address the issue and discuss a possible replacement or refund. Unfortunately, they refused to accommodate my request.As a loyal customer of this café, I must say I was incredibly disappointed by their attitude towards me. I advise everyone to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment.PS. The cake was not tasty. No one liked it. Thank you for a wonderful party

I usually go to this location because it's closer to home and generally have an average experience (not good/not bad . Today was my first time going on a Saturday in the evening where it was slower than usual.Emily, who was taking my order was very pleasant. She was patient with me and we made small conversation which was nice. She answered all my questions and took her time to take down my order accurately and efficiently.It was also my first time being served by her. She has a very bubbly personality and made my experience great overall. I promised her that I would leave a review. Emily, great job! :

Drinks were ok, but I really liked the strawberry soft cake ? the sweetness is balanced. It could be better with service, it took me 15 minutes for line up to order and another around 10 minutes for getting my order. There were only 2 people for ordering and preparing orders.Parking: Plenty parking shared with others such as Cinemas..

Haven't had an issue getting toppings at this location whenever I go and the drinks and food taste consistently good. However, there was one time my toddler came with me and wanted a drink other than smoothies, they don't have drinks for kids here. So the best option was mixing the $4 hot chocolate with $4 cup of ice, totaling $8 for chocolate milk imo the cup of ice should be free or less than $4.

Been visiting this location forever. Can get busy during peak times, so either have patience or try to order online. Staff usually whips up the order pretty quickly. Ample parking. All the pastries I've had here have been amazing.
