Martino's International Cafe

I have to say, I find the experience quite frustrating. The food is decent, but I often struggle to get in touch with them by phone. It's unbelievable how many times I've called without getting an answer. The phone just keeps ringing, and instead of a busy signal, there's this LOUD and extremely ANNOYING ringtone that plays. I've never had so much trouble placing an order at any restaurant before. Honestly, I'd say 8 out of 10 times, no one picks up the phone. While the food is good, the hassle simply isn't worth it.

**What We Liked:** The potatoes and Braunschweig, salad, sauerkraut balls, Dutch chicken, and coleslaw spaghetti with meatballs were all enjoyable. **What We Didn’t Like:** The lasagna was quite disappointing, as it was predominantly sauce with very little actual lasagna to be found; my aunt had to search for the pasta amidst it. The sirloin was tough and not very tender. Additionally, our waiter seemed somewhat distant and was not attentive to our needs for refills and napkins, which we waited on for quite a while.

Victoria, our waitress, was absolutely the best I’ve ever had! She was incredibly friendly, constantly checked on us, refilled our drinks, and cleared our plates. I was truly impressed that she managed to take our order without using a notepad! She could easily handle the entire bar and a banquet room party all on her own. Truly impressive!

I found a black hair in my Coleslaw. I know it happens, but it was rough. Coleslaw tasted something else. The manager was very sad and offered us gift cards or dessert or new meals, but we just wanted to go. I'm pregnant for 8 months and couldn't take the food after I found the hair. Hopefully they take extra precautions and wear hair nets and beard nets or something.

Food was just ok as much of it seemed to have been previously cooked re-heated. But staff was friendly the restaurant was very clean.
