When we got to there we asked management for our table, she said she was looking but ended up just leaving us. Someone else came to help us and showed us to our table. We had to ask 2 times for a waiter and after an hour, we asked a waiter to help us and he did but he was extremely overworked and running all over the place. Our reservation was at 4p, we got there at 3:50 and didn’t get the waiter until 5p. We then got our food at 5:45p and my burger was not cooked to well done so I had to send it back. When we got our check, they added an extra burger because I sent it back. It was taken off at the end but the overall experience was terrible and extra disappointing. We were there for my daughter’s birthday and it was not a good time.

Understaffed and lots of broken down games. Need better hygiene.

Great venue for food and games, however tokens go really fast when the kids swipe on one of the various claw machines.

Had a blast celebrating birthday with my friend. service was awesome

I bought a $50 gift card solely to get the $10 bonus card and I never got it. No one there would help me with it. Service was slow and inattentive.
