Contribuisci feedbackAJ the manager there is rude and unprofessional. I go to blends daily and order the same drink. Today it tasted bad, no caramel and something was rancid. I went thru the drive thru, turned around and went in to ask nicely if she would remake the drink. She argued with me about remaking it saying “I’ll make it the exact same nothings wrong with it” I said “well somethings wrong with it, it tastes bad, I don’t mean to be picky but can you remake it I’m 8 months pregnant and don’t want to drink something that isn’t what I normally get” (which is always so yummy! she stormed off and when returned, demanded I drink in front of her. I took one sip and it wasn’t what I normally get again. It was bitter and there was literally NO caramel. She then argued with me that she made it the same as she always does and I can leave. I’ve never been treated so rudely. My partner and I buy a drink from you daily. Now we won’t be returning. We will take our business else where. If someone can’t kindly ask for a drink to be remade without you making them feel terrible why are you managing a coffee shop? Terrible Service. Very disappointed and now you have lost two loyal customers. I’ve been getting drinks at this blends for the last 6 years nearly every day. She was also really snappy at the ordering window when we first pulled up. The entire experience was terrible. I left very upset and didn’t deserve to be treated that way.
Music WAY too loud. Suggest a playlist. Radio terrible, not relaxing or conducive to coffee BREAK!!!!!!
Cold coffee, stale baked goods, lacklustre service. They only survive because there is a hotel across the road. Better head a few metres down the road to Starbucks. Won't be back.
This was my 116th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon.Huge chain coffee shop in town. Super comfortable seating. It's very quiet in here too.I paid $5.52 for a gluten free Belgian brownie. I don't know if I would ever pay that much money for any brownie again (regardless of its EU origins).Staff was relatively friendly. Employees seem to like talking to each other. That's fine. They're young.Overall, I enjoyed my Belgian brownie and my visit at Blenz on Anderson Way. Oh, and free wifi.116 eateries down in Vernon; 40ish to go !Vegetarian options: Nearly everything on the menu
This location is fantastic. The food is very well made, local, the staff is always polite, it is clean and if the owner is there you will receive a hello and a smile
