Just went into get a pizza and while standing at the counter ready to order we saw a huge rat that came from kitchen down a pole from the ceiling. Never ordered and will not go back!

Papa Murphy's is my 145th eatery in Vernon. I paid $15.95 after tax for a 12 for a highly customizable take n bake vegetarian pizza. The man working there didn't have zucchinis for my pizza, but compensated me with a different topping to make up for it as well as an additional one. I was very happy with the quick service. Also, my pizza was so tasty I plan to come here more often. Service: Dine in

Huge rave to Sharan who was working today! It was incredibly busy and we had put a huge order in, he was very apologetic in letting me know my order was going to take longer than expected and offered a beverage for the inconvenience. Pulled up to the spot and was treated very non chalantly. As I opened the box to my food, i was surprised to see a clump of hair. disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
