Hardee's - Vestavia Hills

Although it says they are open to Google they are NOT. They have been temporarily closed for a long time. Do not let google?s mistake to say they are open. Please fix.

The food was fresh. Service was terrible due to the fact that I ordered 7 other people and each one got their food and went before me. I ordered a sausage and cinnamon roll. The cashier started taking orders again, ignored that I was standing there. Another girl who worked, finally looked at me and wondered why I was still there... And she gave me my order. It's not like I have a big or special order. This must be done!!

I had ordered the breakfast table for 4,00. Front counter was super nice! The person who repaired the plate threw them together. Eggs were terrible, fresh, but no taste, Hash Browns was made by counterparts who were fresh! I would give 5 stars, but Koch wasn't on point

Beautiful service and a group of smiling staff. Everyone had such annoying attitudes. The store was clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were impeccable. Noise level was very low inside. Eating was hot and order was just as we wanted. Ham and cheese were too hot to eat, so I went to the hot frits while I was waiting. Hamburgers were also fresh and hot. We will soon be back to Leticia running a tight ship and made sure everyone was properly treated.

I ordered a Big Hot Ham Cheese combo on a seeded bun, but received the mini version . In preceding visits, it has always been a BIG sandwich with alternating layers of meat and cheese which protruded outside of the bun (regardless of being regular or seeded bun). I went in and asked the nice lady behind the counter if this was the BIG or regular version. She got the attention of a guy behind the food chute who said it definitely was the big version. He explained it was due to the way the meat was given to them by the manufacturer . I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. It was not possible see his name tag because he never came out to the counter. However, the nice lady at the counter did apologize. The manager made no attempt to make this right, so I left and will probably never come back to this location. When I started eating the sandwich in my car, I found 90% of the cheese was in the wrapper where I was holding the sandwich, so I just threw it out and went elsewhere.
