Kanki - Vichy

This restaurant is opposite the train station and a nice enough place to take a coffee, but the service is only present when you first sit down. After that if you want a second drink you will have to chase someone for it.

We hadn't intended to eat here,but the weather prevented us from looking further. This was a good thing as in the end we enjoyed the food. The restaurant is an ideal place to watch the world go by. I had the steak salad and fries. The food was good honest simple fair. The only negative to the visit was the slowness of staff to come and take payment, but this is more likely to be a cultural thing rather than any short coming of the staff.

Great meal here last night, we opted for the Grill to share between two, it was very tasty and looked pretty impressive too! Nice to enjoy a more relaxed environment, the restaurant was spacious and pleasantly decorated. Would have been five stars if only the waiter has managed to bring us some much requested water!

Très bonne surprise ! Des serveurs agréables, service comme dans un restaurant.. Un bon panini, quantités généreuses. Tarif d'un kebab avec service de qualité ! J'y retournerai .

Venant périodiquement depuis des années c'est toujours très bon. Service inégal, des fois très long des fois très rapide. Baisse de quantité par rapport aux débuts mais toujours très bon. Bien situés. Je reste fidèle malgré l'inconstance du service et les toilettes qui devraient être +surveillées par les employés (propreté, manque de papier..)
