Contribuisci feedbackPasta is OK. But far away from an italian dish. The pasta is not with egg neither with semolina. Also the guanciale and pecorino is low quality. But the prices are fair. It is ok. Answer to your reply: Real italian pasta is made with semolina, not flour. Also because of the hardness and color of the pasta I can tell you do not use eggs nor a quality flour. Also do not exist bacon in italian cuisine. Guanciale was very smoked and cannot be compared with cured guanciale. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Best pasta spot in Victoria! Highly recommended both for the food and the service. The lady, the owner of the restaurant, is super nice and she'll give you a lot of tips to decide your best pasta match. Cheap and clean too.
