Most of the time, I go through the drive-thru, and they are out of specialty drinks and iced coffee. Always short staffed and extra long line at drive-thru. I left on this visit and went to Burger King to get hot coffee. Lobby closed sometimes because of the shortage of employees. I will not go back! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
