Paul - Vienna

The hotel is located in the center of Wien. rebauort. super wine list. rinse with very well tuned ingredients. fantastic knife beaten weedic acid. room service at high level.

From beginning to end, Paul impressed us. The service was warm and extremely informative. We both ordered the 4 course chefs menu with wine pairings, and each dish was perfectly crafted. The wines all paired beautifully dishes. Our waiter was helpful and told us all...about the wines before we tried them, which added a lot to the experience. This was the best meal we had over our couple weeks in Europe. I would recommend Paul to anyone coming to Vienna who wants to experience fine dining with Austrian ingredients and wines. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10

We asked ourselves about this place and found a Jewel. the wine shop in the first floor offers them a fantastic opportunity for a variety of choices. they had valpolicella exactly right for us. Perfect proportions and rich desserts with a patient and knowledge... wait with worker.

New menu: as exciting as ever, and the weep: just delicious! ... two set menus, but they can choose and choose and it is definitely worth it!
